Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries forward a legacy of courage and heroism. Built upon the mantra, “While we have time, LET US DO GOOD,” the Foundation supports our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes and their families.
The Seminole County Firefighters have had the distinct honor and privilege of working hand in hand with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and participating in every single race in Altamonte Springs since day 1. Each year, our firefighters run this 5K in bunker pants, jacket, and helmet to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
